Mike, the owner, had a great eye for the uniqueness of our property and was able to modernize our kitchen and many renovated surrounding areas while still maintaining its coastal charm. We have a historic cape, and are constantly updating and renovating it to meet our life style. After average experiences doing a couple of large renovation projects over the years with local companies, a friend recommended Mike Norton. We could not have been more pleased. Our project was a four month long upstairs renovation, including full roof replacement, that Mike and his crew worked on meticulously, with great care and expertise. What separates Mike from other contractors is that he becomes personally invested in the project, and I felt confident that he was treating our home, as if he was working on his own. He became a big part of our family for four months, and I truly enjoyed having him and his crew in the house. The project came in on time, and on budget, which is very unusual. We are so pleased with the outcome and the quality of the work is first rate. Mike is creative and there isn't an issue, big or small, that he cannot solve. Mike is incredibly professional, detail oriented and organized, in both the labor and business administration aspects of his job. I have no reservations in highly recommending Mike, and have done so already on numerous occasions
I was referred to Mike Norton by my electrician and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Probably the most important thing about my interaction with Mike is that he did what he said he would do, and he did it when he said he would do it. My experience with other contractors that that both of those things are rare. His team was professional, friendly, exceptionally good at their task and the outcome was exactly as I had hoped. I highly recommend Mike for anything you might need done at your home. You may have to wait for the job to begin based on his current work-load. However once he begins, it will progress like clockwork and done beautifully.
Mike and his team are complete professionals. They are easy to work and very skilled. Mike handled both the renovation of my existing house and the very large addition; both sections came out beautifully. He is creative, has a good vision and was receptive to all of my design ideas. If a problem came up, he didn’t hesitate to fix it. He has a great demeanor and his team of workers started to feel like family. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Mike and his crew again.
We think so highly of Mike Norton and his team at FrameTechs. Mike is honest and genuine, and is passionate about what he does and takes real pride in beautifully finished work. We have an antique colonial home built in 1775 and wanted a modern kitchen that maintained the character of the house. Mike tirelessly worked with us to finalize the design and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with the process. If you email or call Mike, he responds instantaneously. Mike and FrameTechs completed our kitchen in two months over the Summer, just in time for school to begin. Everything came out perfectly and attention to detail was unbelievable. Mike is not only the owner/contractor, he is also a very talented woodworker. He handmade our reclaimed wood range hood, which has become the centerpiece of our kitchen. We also can’t say enough about all the people who work for FrameTechs and the subcontractors he selects. They are the type of people you don’t mind in your home - professional, clean and courteous. We will always use Mike and his team for any large or small job in the future and feel confident it will be done to perfection.
